Privacy policy
This page describes what actually happens when you use Image en PDF. It does not cover third-party services you may use alongside it.
Your files
The files you select are not sent to a server for conversion. They are read in your browser's memory, converted on your device, then forgotten when you close the tab, clear the list or replace the files.
No document, no thumbnail and no PDF password is stored in a database, in the browser's persistent storage, in a URL or in an analytics tool.
What the host sees
Like any website, the pages are served by a hosting provider. It technically receives the requests needed to load the site (IP address, date, requested page, browser type) and may keep technical logs for the security and operation of the service.
The exact content of those logs and how long they are kept depend on the host and have not yet been confirmed by the site's publisher. This information will be stated here once it is verified.
Analytics and advertising
The site installs no advertising tracker and no analytics tool by default. No visitor profile is built and no data is resold.
If an analytics tool were added later, this page would be updated before it goes live, and an explicit choice would be offered wherever one is required.
Your rights
Since the site keeps no document and creates no account, there is no customer record to look up or delete. For any question about hosting logs, a contact address will be published on the Contact page as soon as it is available.
